1. You must not
- ▸Impersonate another show, company, brand or person, or imply a false affiliation or endorsement.
- ▸Create defamatory, deceptive or misleading promotion, including false claims about dates, venues or performers.
- ▸Upload a person's image, name or likeness without their consent, or generate a real, identifiable individual.
- ▸Infringe copyright, trademarks or other intellectual-property rights.
- ▸Promote hateful, harassing, violent-extremist or unlawful activity.
2. Mature themes and 18+
Mature-theme promotion — such as cabaret and drag nights — is welcome. However:
- ▸Mischief does not generate sexual, pornographic or sexually explicit content.
- ▸No sexualised depiction of minors is ever permitted, in any form.
- ▸Mature-theme campaigns must be gated to audiences aged 18 and over.
- ▸Imagery remains suggestive at most and non-explicit; requests for explicit content will be refused.
3. Music and third-party material
Any music used in trailers or promos must be your own, properly licensed, or genuinely royalty-free. Mischief does not supply or clear music. You are responsible for all rights in scripts, footage and artwork you introduce.
4. No tickets, no restricted services
Mischief is an online-only digital subscription with no physical goods, shipping, installation or on-site services. The studio is for creative promo only. Do not use it to sell tickets, collect payments, or present regulated services (financial, legal, medical) or guaranteed outcomes.
5. Enforcement
We may remove content, refuse generation and suspend accounts that breach this policy. Report concerns to support@miscproj.shop. Governing law: England and Wales.
