1. Your uploads stay yours
Rehearsal photos, performer images, logos and other references you upload remain your property. You grant Mischief a limited, non-exclusive licence to process them solely to generate your requested assets.
2. How long we keep uploads
- ▸Uploaded references are cached only for generation and cleared by default within 30 days.
- ▸You can ask us to delete uploads sooner by emailing support.
- ▸We do not use your uploads or generated outputs to train AI models.
3. You own your generated assets
Subject to these terms and the Acceptable Use policy, the posters, concept art, tiles, layouts and trailer material you generate are yours to use for promoting your show, including commercially.
4. Your responsibilities
- ▸Ensure you hold the rights to any references you upload, including performer consent.
- ▸Obtain music, footage and script licences before publishing trailers or promos.
- ▸Do not present generated fictional figures as real, identifiable people.
5. Our brand
The Mischief name, logo, site and software remain our property. This licence does not grant you rights to our brand beyond normal, factual reference.
